Soil Sound Festival in St. Peter

ich möchte Euch gern auf ein Herzensprojekt aufmerksam machen und Euch zum „Soil Sound Festival“ am Samstag, 27. September in St. Peter einladen.

Wir beschäftigen uns dort mit der Frage: Was ist in Zeiten der Spaltung eigentlich unser aller “Common Ground”? Der Boden unter unseren Füßen! Und wie können wir positive Zukünfte ermöglichen? Indem wir im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes Boden gut machen!

Was hat das mit Musik zu tun? Das wollen wir der Öffentlichkeit am 27.9. vorstellen und bringen dazu Menschen aus vielen Himmelsrichtungen und Disziplinen zusammen – zum Feiern, Musik hören, Dazulernen und Hoffnung schöpfen. Das Soil Sound Festival findet statt im Holistic Compost Lab am Steingrubenhof in St. Peter im Schwarzwald – rund 30 Minuten von Freiburg entfernt.

Ein Tag draußen, ein Tag zum Austauschen, Lauschen, Mitmachen und Genießen – an der Schnittstelle von Boden, Klang und Transformation.

Im Mittelpunkt stehen spannende Projekte und Einsichten in die Welt von Soil Music – eine kreativ-wissenschaftliche Reise zu lebendigem Boden, der unsere Nahrung sichert, ein zentraler Mitspieler für die Stabilisierung unserer Ökosysteme ist und sogar auch als Klangkörper fasziniert.

Das Festival-Setting:  **🕒 ab 10.00h: Fachtagung | ab 12.00h Hoffest | ab 17.00 Konzert(e) **
Ein Tag draußen am Hof und drinnen im Lab – mit Musik, Soil Food, Kompostklängen, Workshops, Vorträgen, SoundWalks, Installationen und vielen Überraschungen. Gemeinsam fragen wir: Wie klingt Boden? Und wie lässt sich (Agri-)Kultur in Zeiten planetarer Krisen neu komponieren?

Kommt nach St. Peter, bringt eure Neugier mit – gerne auch Gitarren und warme Jacken!

I would like to draw your attention to a project close to my heart and recommend the “Soil Sound Festival” on Saturday, September 27th in St. Peter.

Why Soil, why Soil Music? We are dealing with the question: In times of division, what is our common ground? The ground beneath our feet! And how can we make positive futures possible? By making up ground in the truest sense of the word.

What does this have to do with music? We want to present this to the public on Sept 27 and bring together people from many directions and disciplines – to celebrate, listen to music, learn and draw hope. The Soil Sound Festival will take place at the Holistic Compost Lab at Steingrubenhof in St. Peter in the Black Forest – around 30 minutes from Freiburg.

A day outside, a day for sharing, listening, participating and enjoying – at the interface of soil, sound and transformation.

The focus is on exciting projects and insights into the world of Soil Music – a creative-scientific journey to living soil, which secures our food, is a central player in stabilizing our ecosystems and even fascinates as a body of sound.

The festival setting: 🕒 from 10.00h: symposium | from 12.00h: farm festival | from 17.00 concert(s)

A day outside on the farm and inside in the lab – with music, soil food for sustainable enjoyment, compost sounds, workshops, talks, sound walks, installations and lots more.
